The BaK-4 prisms are made of Barium Crown glass and treated with silver coating to give 100% reflection. They are also phase-corrected for the best sharpness and light transmission. A highly advanced anti-reflective FBMC (Full Broadband Multi Coating) is used on all glass surfaces and provides a clear and sharp image even in direct sunlight.
The twist-up eyecups make it easy to adjust the distance between the eye and optics to give the best vision possible. The binoculars can handle an eye-width of 56-73mm. Thanks to an eye-relief distance of 17.6 mm, these binoculars can also be used with glasses. The depth of field with the Focus 7x50 Compass is also so large that you often do not need to focus.
