Levenhuk Heritage BASE 15x50 Binoculars are field binoculars with 15x magnification and a metal body. Due to high-aperture objective lenses, they transmit a sharp and clear image even in twilight. Use Levenhuk Heritage BASE 15x50 Binoculars for studying very distant objects in detail and performing any outdoor observations. These binoculars are useful to hunters, guard forces personnel, and the military.

The “Made in Russia” Optics

Russian optical glass has been recognized worldwide since the Soviet Union due to the highest quality standards. These binoculars are designed according to a joint project by the Levenhuk Company and the Russian Kazan Optical-Mechanical Plant that has been working for the arms industry since 1940. The optical observation instruments designed at this plant's facilities has been used for the Russian (earlier Soviet) Army for over 70 years.

Metal body

The optical and mechanical parts are protected by a rugged metal body that is impervious to shaking and the damage caused by falling to the ground. A special substance used for sealing all the joints protects this optical tool from dust and moisture. These binoculars can work in harsh conditions and withstand extremely low or high temperature. The operating temperature range is from –40 to +50 °C.

Additional features

Focusing with a large central focusing wheel is used in these binoculars. The diopter adjustment on the right eyepiece and the interpupillary distance adjustment are available. The kit includes a protective pouch and a neck strap.

Levenhuk Heritage BASE is a series of classic field binoculars designed by Levenhuk in cooperation with the Kazan Optical-Mechanical Plant. The Kazan Optical-Mechanical Plant provides optical observation instruments for the Russian Army, e.g. for the armored fighting vehicles and Ratnik Army Combat Uniform. This is also called Future Soldier's Combat Gear.
