LCD screen separators — Description

Screen repair tools are the workshop and DIY accessories for separating a phone screen, removing old adhesive and film and cutting a new protective film – with the right scraper the screen does not scratch, and the cutter cuts a film for any model from a hydrogel roll without waiting for a factory size. The category lists the Sunshine SS-064B small scraper for films and the Sunshine Y22 Ultra protective film cutter. The Sunshine SS-064B is a thin stainless steel scraper with a rounded blade and plastic handle that removes OCA adhesive residue, an old tempered glass film and back cover adhesive from the screen and frame after heating – the blade is softer than glass and leaves no scratches, and it also suits a laptop and tablet screen. The Sunshine Y22 Ultra is a plotter-type cutter with a database of 20,000 phone, watch and tablet models that cuts a protective film for the screen and back from a 12 inch hydrogel roll exactly around the camera cutouts – the phone app picks the model, cutting takes a minute, and for a workshop it replaces a stock of hundreds of film sizes. The Y22 Ultra works with TPU, hydrogel and matt films and also cuts leather skins for the back. Choose by job – the scraper for separating a screen and adhesive, the Y22 Ultra cutter for a film service. Fast delivery across Latvia.
