Large double grill, ribbed, 75 cm

Manufacturer code: 10010064 A professional grill designed for small and large catering operations as well as mobile catering points. The device has a removable drawer for excess fat, which can be washed in a dishwasher. The heating plate has a practical groove through which excess fat can be easily drained away, thus improving the quality of the dishes prepared. The device is intended for demanding customers who value ease of use and the ease of keeping the grill itself and its surroundings clean, which is helped by the high walls surrounding the heating plate. High power allows the very thick cast iron plate to heat up quickly and limits the drop in temperature during grilling. A modern thermostat and efficient heating element help save electricity. Two separately controlled heating zones allow two different dishes requiring different temperatures to be prepared at the same time.
