The device can be powered from a 230V mains supply or from a built-in 4V 4Ah battery, making it suitable for use in the field as well. The ECO function helps to conserve battery power, as the scale automatically switches to standby mode when not in use. A transparent cover protects the panel from dirt and moisture, whilst large, intuitive buttons make day-to-day operation easy
