Qidi Q2 3D Printer

The Qidi Q2 3D printer is an advanced CoreXY-based device featuring a build volume of 270 × 270 × 256 mm. It boasts a high print speed of up to 600 mm/s and an acceleration of up to 20,000 mm/s². The printer supports a nozzle temperature of up to 370°C and has a closed, actively heated chamber that reaches up to 65°C, making it compatible with both basic filaments like PLA and demanding engineering materials (e.g., ABS, ASA, PC). It includes automatic offset-free leveling, using the nozzle as a sensor to eliminate manual adjustments and improve first-layer adhesion and accuracy. The combination of high speed and acceleration ensures efficient movement and faster model production. Precision is enhanced by a new 1.5GT belt and resonance control system, reducing vibrations, wall waviness, and layer visibility. The robust design features a CoreXY metal frame and linear guides for high rigidity and wear resistance. The hotend, reaching 370°C, with improved cooling, a bimetallic nozzle made of hardened steel, and a dual-drive extruder, allows printing with a wide range of filaments. A built-in AI camera monitors the printing process, detecting errors such as "spaghetti" and pausing operation automatically. It also features filament end detection and tangling detection (requires QIDI BOX, sold separately). An integrated 3-in-1 filtration system (G3 pre-filter, HEPA H12, activated carbon) effectively reduces dust and odors. The NFC system automatically recognizes compatible filaments, and temperature sensors with PTC protection ensure enhanced safety. The device dimensions are 402 × 438 × 494 mm, and it weighs 25 kg.
