Sunlu SP2 Filament Dryer

The Sunlu SP2 is a modular 2-in-1 filament dryer that combines effective drying with airtight storage for 3D printing materials. It consists of a heating base and a storage container, allowing flexible use. Containers can be stacked to optimize workspace. The SP2 model is designed so that drying doesn't need to be separated from storage. The efficient heating base removes moisture, while the airtight container maintains optimal filament conditions. It features top and bottom silicone lids for excellent sealing and thermal insulation. In storage mode, it can maintain an internal humidity of approximately 25% at an average ambient humidity of about 50%. The device includes a carrying handle and a hygrometer for real-time humidity monitoring. Three cable ports enable adaptation to various printing configurations. The modular design simplifies workspace organization, and stacking containers saves space. The Sunlu SP2 supports spools weighing from 0.25 kg to 3 kg and works with 1.75 mm and 2.85 mm diameter filaments. The chamber can hold two 1 kg spools, one 2 kg spool, or one 3 kg spool, with a maximum spool size of 250 mm in diameter and 153 mm in width. It can also use paper spools and stably mount damaged spools. The SP2 operates within a temperature range of 35°C to 70°C, compatible with most popular filaments like PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU, PVA, etc. Removing moisture minimizes printing issues such as stringing, nozzle clogging, and poor layer adhesion. It uses a 200 W PTC heater with a fan, overheat protection, and intelligent temperature control via software. The maximum operating power is 250 W, and standby power consumption is ≤1 W.
