Holosun Iris-1 Laser Target Indicator

The Iris laser target indicator from Holosun is a compact module. It mounts on a Picatinny rail using screw-clip jaws. The Iris module features two illumination modes with two intensity levels. Users select modes with a Low/High switch and activate the unit via a push-button. The unit is powered by AA batteries, with a red LED indicating low power. The indicator's body is made of aluminum, and its moisture-exposed components are sealed to meet the IPX8 standard. For precision, the projected beam can be adjusted both vertically and horizontally. The 520 nm green laser is versatile, suitable for most situations due to its good contrast with surroundings. The central, convex button ensures ergonomic use, allowing comfortable operation for both right- and left-handed users. Additionally, a gel button on a cable is included in the package. The redesigned second-generation device features a significantly lower profile and lighter weight. The mode and intensity selector is conveniently located on the back of the indicator, easily manipulated with a thumb or finger. When not in use, the emitter can be stored or carried in a softly padded carrying case with dedicated compartments.
