Helikon Trooper MK2 Softshell Jacket – StormStretch – Shadow Grey

The second generation of the Helikon Trooper lightweight jacket. It provides insulation and protection against wind and light rain. The jacket promotes air circulation, effectively wicking away accumulated moisture and sweat, ensuring a dry feeling during activity. Designed for soldiers and military enthusiasts, as well as active outdoor individuals. The Trooper jacket is made from StormStretch® fabric, comprising 98% nylon and 2% elastane. This material offers excellent insulating properties, and the elastane ensures the jacket adapts to the body and does not restrict movement. The new anatomical cut conforms to the user's movements, and elbow reinforcements enhance durability. When folded, it occupies minimal space in a hiking backpack. Four functional pockets allow for easy and convenient carrying of essential accessories such as a notebook, pen, winter hat, or gloves. There are two on the chest and one on each shoulder. The shoulder pockets feature external Velcro panels for attaching 3D PVC patches, for example. The pockets do not interfere with wearing a backpack. The hood has a customizable fit and an extended visor to shield the face from precipitation. The generous hood can be easily adjusted with pullers hidden in the chest pockets. The jacket features a DuPont Teflon coating, increasing its resistance to dirt and soaking. The extended cut covers the kidney area, reducing the likelihood of cold and wind exposure. The jacket also offers protection against cold wind penetration and soaking, making it ideal as an outer layer for commutes or outdoor activities. All zippers on the Trooper jacket are from the renowned YKK® company. On colder days, the jacket can serve as an outer layer when warmer layers are worn underneath.
