Recessed door sensor for discreet monitoring of door open/close status, featuring SuperLink wireless connectivity and a battery life of up to 3 years.

The sensor is designed for residential and commercial environments where unobtrusive installation is a priority. Its recessed form factor allows mounting directly into the door frame or door leaf, keeping the device hidden from view. Detection is provided by an integrated reed contact that reliably registers every opening and closing of the door.

Communication is carried out via the proprietary SuperLink protocol in the 865.1–869.5 MHz band (EU) with a maximum range of 2 km. The sensor is managed within the UniFi Protect application and requires a SuperLink Gateway for operation.

Mounting and Construction
The sensor body measuring 74.5 × 44 × 22 mm and the magnet with a diameter of ⌀22 × 12.1 mm are made of polycarbonate. Installation is performed by screwing. The sensor is equipped with a factory reset button, a function button, and a tamper detection switch.

Operating Conditions
The sensor operates at temperatures of +0 to +40 °C and relative humidity of 10 to 90% non-condensing. The weight of the device itself is 24 g, and 34 g with the battery.
