The GU04 PRO SET is a set of three short bands (60 cm) suitable for a variety of exercises. They can be used for strengthening, stabilization, mobilization, and rehabilitation. Mobilization exercises can correct poor posture, improve range of motion, reduce pain, and prevent injuries. The GU04 MIX SETO PRO can be used for dynamic warm-ups, core exercises, and full-body exercises. They are the perfect complement to any workout, providing new stimulation to our muscles. The bands are designed for all exercisers – at all levels. Thanks to the different resistance levels, everyone can adapt their workout to their abilities.
